How does it work?

PACE

The material in this journal is paced out to be walked through over the course of three months, with one project and activation per week and one project per month.

QUESTIONS

Each question is designed to inspire contemplation and introspection at the start of each week. Take time to be still. Attempt to consider and respond to each question for at least 10 minutes.

ACTIVATIONS

Activations provide a practical next step for each question – a way to expand the material into your life and your relationships. Some might be challenging, some might be fun, and some might be both.

PROJECTS

Projects are more broad assignments intended to be completed gradually over the course of each month. These are less about the journal and more about the experience they invite you into.
